• Yoga Classes: No fees for late or early cancels. Please cancel ASAP to open space for others.
 • Workshops/Events/Trainings: Cancel at least 12 hours before to keep your credit. Non-refundable & non-transferable.

What is your weather cancellation policy?

• No charge for weather-related cancellations.
 • Morning classes follow Painesville Local Schools closings.
 • Evening classes: decision made 1 hour before, check social media for updates.

Where do I park & enter?

• Park in the public lot by the shopping center.
 • Address: 7645 Crile Rd, Concord, OH 44077.
 • Please follow posted signage & secure your vehicle.

How early should I arrive?

• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before class.

Question 5

How late can I arrive?

Accepted Answer

• Doors lock at class start if desk is unattended.
 • If late, knock at the back door & enter quietly.
 • No entry after 5 minutes once class begins.

Question 6

Can my minor child join me?

Accepted Answer

• Ages 13–17 may attend with guardian & signed waiver.
 • Children under 13 not permitted unless specified in the class description.
